nThe Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects combining full-stack software development and AI assistant integrations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions by managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end program management of full-stack development projects involving frontend, backend, and AI assistant components.n
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.n
- Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation,



and risk mitigation across multiple teams.n
- Drive integration and deployment of AI assistant technologies (chatbots, NLP, automation) to improve user experience and operational efficiency.n
- Facilitate cross-team communication with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and business leaders.n
- Monitor program metrics and deliver regular status updates to senior leadership.n
- Ensure technical quality, adherence to best development practices, and continuous improvement.n
- Oversee testing, code reviews, and deployment processes for full-stack and AI-assisted solutions.n
- Stay current with emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI to recommend and implement best practices.n
- Mentor and support team members on technical and project execution challenges.n
