NJob Description – Billing& Planning Engineer
NExperience – 8-10 years (7 years into railway projects)
Nctc range- 5.4- 8.5 Lpa (depends on Interview )
NWorking Days- 6 days
n NKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Preparation, verification and timely submission of client bills and subcontractor-related billing documents. N
- Ensure regular follow-up and coordination with clients for timely certification and processing of bills. N
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for work progress, measurements, billing inputs and required documentation. N
- Prepare project plans, schedules and monitor project progress against planned targets. N
- Ensure proper planning and tracking of project activities, resources and timelines. N
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, progress reports and other project-related records. N
- Regularly collect and consolidate site data for billing, planning and management reporting. N




- Monitor project progress, identify delays and coordinate with concerned teams for corrective actions. N
- Support management withaccurate project status updates, billing status and planning reports. N
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to billing, project progress and planning. N

nCandidate Requirements:

- n
- Relevant experience in Billing and Planning for Railway Projects is mandatory. N
- Good knowledge of client billing, subcontractor coordination and project documentation. N
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting. N
- Robust knowledge of DPR, progress reports, MIS and project tracking. N
- Good coordination and follow-up skills. N
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. N
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, site teams and management. N
- Proficient in MS Excel and other
