nWe're looking for a Design Lead to build out our Branding & Graphic Design practice at Lollypop. This is for someone who lives in Figma, Adobe, and briefs — but is also genuinely excited about mentoring other designers and closing deals with clients.

- Own branding projects (identities, campaigns, visual systems) — 50% of your timen
- Mentor 2–3 designers and help them grow — ongoingn
- Partner with sales on pitches and scoping — real impactn
- Set design standards and champion quality across the teamn

- 5–8 years designing at an agency (branding, graphic design, visual communication)n
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you can maken
- Early leadership experience (led reviews,



mentored designers, owned creative direction)n
- Client-facing confidence — you can walk into a meeting and explain design thinking clearlyn
- Proficient in Adobe CC and Figman
- Growth mindset — excited to develop others and scale yourselfn
