RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop Quality Excellence Roadmap / SOPs / Process Map across organization.
* Should have led Quality Excellence drive
* Assessment of various functions/plants to assess the
implementation/effectiveness of Quality Systems.
* To identify areas of improvement and initiate necessary actions.
* To train and guide people at plant level for implementation of Quality Tools,
IMS/QMS, Core tools etc..
* Strengthen IMS / QMS across organization

QUALIFICATIONS

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
* Expertise in handling specific tools, machines, Processes etc
* Should have Independently Handled Quality assurance activities at shop floor
and Integrated Management System / Quality Management system related
activities.
* Should have hands on Experience for implementing IMS / QMS and Quality
Excellence activities such as Deming Prize etc.




* Must be having sound knowledge of Quality core tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA,
SPC, PPAP and AIAG CQI Standards/BIS Standards/STI/IS/IEC
* Should have handled SAP Quality Module, Digitization activities in Quality.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
* Expertise in specific domains / functions (Operations, Production,
Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, CRI etc)
* Should have worked in manufacturing organization at mid/senior level. Possess
Strong Communication Skills to interact with Management.
* Certified Lead Auditor for IMS and VDA 6.3 Process Audit.
* Positive Leadership, Team working, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
