Job DescriptionA leading EPC organization is looking for a senior business leader to drive business capture and order acquisition across high-growth technology and industrial infrastructure sectors.
n Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and secure large-scale EPC orders with strong margins.n
- Identify and qualify opportunities across Semiconductor, Pharma, Solar, Battery, FMCG and other advanced manufacturing facilities .n
- Lead bid strategy, proposal optimisation, costing, negotiations and post-bid follow-ups.n
- Assess commercial/project risks and develop mitigation strategies.n
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with clients, consultants, technology providers, OEMs, contractors and overseas partners .n
- Develop market intelligence,



customer pipelines and competitive strategies.n
- Lead and mentor the business capture team.n

n Ideal Profile:

- n
- Engineering graduate with 20–25+ years of experience in EPC Business Development / Business Capture.n
- Proven track record of securing large EPC orders. n
- Solid exposure to tendering, costing, commercial evaluation and risk management.n
- Established network across relevant industrial/technology sectors.n
- Strong negotiation, networking, stakeholder management and leadership skills.n
- Location: Mumbai n
