nShould have prior experience working in the APAC or Southeast Asia regions, with a solid understanding of the regional market and customer landscape.
nShould have recent travel experience across the APAC or Southeast Asian region , particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, or the Philippines .
nShould have direct connections and a strong network within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry across APAC or Southeast Asia.
nWillingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC or Southeast Asia to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive business opportunities.
nProven experience in closing deals and managing the end to end sales cycle across the Middle East or UAE markets.




nStrong experience in client engagement, negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal closure within the region.
nShould have experience in software sales or solution sales, with prior experience working with the banking or telecom industry.
nExperienced in working with both delivery and sales teams, with good domain knowledge of software products and solutions.
nExperience in creating sales business plans to identify and develop new opportunities.
nExperience in strategy and planning.
nExperience in collections management.
nStrong account and client relationship management skills.
nExperience in team management, including business development, account management, and post sales account relationship management.
