100% field-based sales role involving regular customer visits.
Generate leads through field visits and connect with potential customers.
Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide appropriate assistance.
Develop business through referrals and recent customer acquisition.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: 12th pass or graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
