Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a solid pipeline of prospective clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions that align with AarambhGrow’s services. Daily activities include meeting potential clients, managing existing accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating terms,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to business growth strategies.
Qualifications

Ability to drive Recent Business Development and Lead Generation efforts, including prospecting and nurturing relationships.
Strong understanding of Business processes and services related to registration, finance, branding, and compliance.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication, professional email writing, and presentation skills.
Experience in Account Management, with a focus on client retention, upselling, and long-term relationship building.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
