nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented professional with solid experience in Income Tax and Audit functions. The ideal candidate should have completed articleship and possess at least 4+ years of post-articleship experience, preferably in a CA firm. The role involves handling corporate taxation, tax audits, compliance matters, and responding to income tax notices while ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory regulations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle audit and taxation work for corporate clients.n
- Conduct Tax Audits for firms, trusts, and corporates in compliance with statutory requirements.n
- Prepare and review income tax computations, returns, and related documentation.n
- Draft submissions and replies for appeals, assessments, and income tax notices.n
- Coordinate and follow up with tax authorities for compliance and assessment matters.n
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax-related documents and reports.n




- Manage GST compliance, including return filings and reconciliations.n
- Assist in GST Audit activities (preferred).n
- Maintain proper documentation and support during audits and compliance checks.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial and taxation-related requirements.n

nKey Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.n
- Completion of Articleship is preferred.n
- Minimum 4+ years of post-articleship experience, preferably in a CA firm.n
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Tax Audit, and Corporate Taxation.n
- Experience in handling appeals, assessments, and income tax notices.n
- Working knowledge of GST compliances and GST Audit proceduresn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/taxation software.n
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adhere
