Job DescriptionN2S is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to drive client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships across key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large enterprise relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading account strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own and manage strategic client relationships across a portfolio of key accounts.n
- Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue expansion and increased client engagement.n
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client stakeholders.n
- Lead account reviews, business planning sessions,



and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).n
- Partner with sales, recruiting, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.n
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery metrics.n
- Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial agreements.n
- Forecast revenue, maintain account pipelines, and provide regular business updates to leadership.n
- Resolve escalations promptly while maintaining solid client relationships.n
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive market conditions.n
