Key Responsibilities
· Execute and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, adhering to standardized intake processes for deliverables from clients, sales, and internal teams (e.g., creative assets, targeting parameters, compliance checklists).
· Serve as primary point of contact for clients and sales team on campaign intake, requirements gathering, and status updates to ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from client/sales brief review and setup to launch, monitoring, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment with Integrate's lead generation standards.
· Collaborate with a dotted-line designated team for strategy, best practices, and feedback loops to refine campaign tactics and tooling.
· Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., Leads, conversion rates, allocation details) using platform analytics, sharing insights with clients and sales to demonstrate value and identify upsell opportunities.
· Standardize and document intake workflows to streamline handoffs from sales, clients, marketing, and product teams,



reducing errors and accelerating time-to-launch.
· Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to integrate client feedback and enhance multi-channel features.
· Maintain meticulous records in CRM tools and campaign management platforms, contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvements.
· Support ad-hoc requests from clients/sales and contribute to team initiatives, fostering a collaborative workplace.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in campaign management or execution across multiple channels at a SaaS or marketing technology company, with direct client or sales team interaction.
· Proven ability to manage client relationships and gather requirements through standardized intake processes in B2B lead generation environments.
