The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our software development projects, maintaining high standards of software quality, and delivering value to our clients.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation projects from initiation through production deployment.n
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, MLOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and business stakeholders.n
- Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and create business requirement documents to drive clarity.n
- Work with Product Managers & Executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.n
- Exhibit a solid understanding of application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology,



including requirements definition, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.n
- Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.n
- Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.n
- Provide expert knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.n
- Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.n
- Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Availability.n
