nWe are looking for someone with strong experience and existing connections in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, HR consulting, or HRTech.
nThe candidate must understand how organizations hire, where recruitment teams face challenges, and how AI-based assessment and interviewing can improve candidate screening, evaluation, consistency, speed, and scalability.
nThis experience is essential because the person should be able to enter any industry, understand its hiring processes and pain points, identify the right use cases, and confidently position our solution to the relevant decision-makers.
nThis is a business ownership role for someone who can open doors, develop opportunities, convert prospects into paying clients, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

- Drive large-scale adoption across companies, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other hiring organizationsn
- Approach HR leaders, recruiters, talent-acquisition teams, business owners, department heads, and corporate decision-makersn
- Understand each client's hiring workflow, recruitment volumes, screening requirements, interview process, and operational challengesn
- Demonstrate how the tool can support candidate shortlisting, assessment, screening, and AI-led interviewsn
- Conduct product demonstrations for different industries, roles, and hiring scenariosn
- Convert prospects into pilots, subscriptions, enterprise clients, and long-term commercial relationshipsn
- Use an existing recruitment and corporate network to generate qualified business opportunitiesn
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle—fro
