nSouth India (regional responsibility across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)
nRole Overview
nThe Regional Head – New Jeweller & Channel Acquisition (South) is responsible for driving expansion(SIS -Shop in Shop) by onboarding new jeweller partners and developing strategic distribution channels across the South region. This role owns regional acquisition strategy, execution, partner relationships, and revenue growth through new jeweller and channel sign-ups.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.n
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.n
- Manage key retail partners and strengthen strategic relationships.n
- Identify and onboard current SIS partners.n
- Lead and mentor KAMs, ASEs, and CSEs to maximize productivity.n
- Ensure merchandising, inventory, and brand visibility standards across stores.n
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competition to drive growth.n




- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and internal teams.n
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.n

nQualifications & Experience

- 8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel acquisitionn
- Proven track record of scaling partner acquisition across South Indian
- Experience managing regional teams and large territoriesn
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skillsn
