Skills required:
Aware and had practiced design/engineering processes for Electrical Products
Aware and had practiced Project Management methodologies
Aware and had practiced Quality Management processes
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Well versed with Microsoft office applications - such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Job duties:
Handling deliveries and follow-up with respective project teams
Managing performance and learning needs of respective project teams
Ensuring compliance to organizational processes
Follow up with leads / prospects and customers where required
Coordinate between the business unit and other departments for compilation of presentations, documents and reports assigned from time to time




Working closely with business unit leadership for tracking performance and targets
Extensive software skills are required word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations etc.
Excellent communications skills and ability to work with teams
Ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to coach the teams for effective performance

Education:
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)
Experience:
14-16 Years of industrial experience
