About the Role:

Adlaro Technologies is expanding its US Commercial Real Estate Lease Abstraction operations in Vellore. We are looking for experienced Lease Abstraction / US CRE professionals for SME and Assistant Team Lead positions.

Preferred Experience:
US Commercial Real Estate
Lease Abstraction
Lease Administration
Commercial Lease Analysis
Property / Lease Accounting
US Real Estate BPO/KPO

Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret US commercial lease documents
Perform accurate lease abstraction
Handle complex lease clauses and financial terms
Validate Base Rent, CAM, escalations and operating expenses
Identify renewal, termination and critical dates
Perform quality checks and support SLA achievement
Guide and mentor analysts
Support Team Lead in daily operations
Identify process and quality improvement opportunities

Ideal Candidate:




✔️ 0–8 years relevant experience
✔️ Strong US CRE / Lease Abstraction knowledge
✔️ Good analytical and communication skills
✔️ Ability to handle complex leases independently
✔️ Strong quality orientation
✔️ Team mentoring capability
✔️ Immediate / short-notice availability preferred
