We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Market Research & Analytics to support end-to-end primary research projects, with a focus on survey analysis, insight generation, and client reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate research findings into actionable business recommendations. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and reporting of primary market research studies across projects.
Interpret survey data and develop actionable insights aligned with client business objectives.
Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Collaborate with research, programming, data processing, and data science teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
Mentor and guide junior team members on reporting standards, and quality best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve research methodologies, reporting processes, and automation.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights,
Strong experience with primary market research and survey-based studies.
Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS, Q, WinCross, R, or Python is preferred.
Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.
