Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process from start to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals,



referrals, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate information and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
