Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly social media content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing content across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers,



influencers, and creative agencies for campaign execution.
• Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistency in brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all communication channels.
• Identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns based on buyer personas and customer insights.
• Work closely with the Sales team to design and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
• Execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns through digital and offline marketing channels.
• Manage customer databases and CRM systems to monitor lead status, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Track, measure, and analyze key marketing and sales performance metrics, preparing periodic reports with actionable insights.
