Role Description The Senior Sales Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Aluva, responsible for driving furniture sales and delivering an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products and design solutions. The role involves managing sales operations,



preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and ensuring accurate order processing and documentation. The Senior Sales Officer will generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and local marketing efforts, and manage channel sales relationships with partners and corporate clients. This position also includes monitoring inventory for key product lines, coordinating with the design and warehouse teams on deliveries, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Sales Operations, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, with the ability to identify new opportunities and follow up effectively.
