WHAT YOU’LL DO
Engage with high-value and premium real estate clients.
Understand client requirements, investment objectives and preferences.
Present relevant premium property opportunities with clarity and conviction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
Follow up consistently and professionally.
Negotiate effectively and drive transactions towards closure.
Develop your own network of clients, investors and referral relationships.
Work closely with internal teams and developer partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
Own your numbers, pipeline and results.
