Integra Global Solutions is seeking a VP of Accounting qualified to manage the
accounting and finance function for a US client and work closely with the CFO and senior
management .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee US accounting, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and audits .
Manage US GAAP, P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, reconciliations, intercompany,
multicurrency, and consolidation .
Lead financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting .
Strengthen controls, processes, ERP systems, and automation .
Lead and mentor the accounting team and resolve complex accounting issues.
Requirements
10+ years of senior accounting/finance experience with solid US GAAP knowledge.
Proven experience in financial reporting, complex reconciliations, intercompany, and
multicurrency accounting .
Solid leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with US CFOs/senior management .
CPA/CA/CMA and NetSuite/Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
