Job DescriptionTo independently lead and deliver assigned CAPEX, brownfield, debottlenecking, reliability improvement, technology upgrade, infrastructure, and sustaining projects within the allocated discipline package. The role is accountable for managing the complete project lifecycle from conceptualization through commissioning while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
nResponsibilities
nProject Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of assigned discipline-specific project packages.n
Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.n
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.n
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within approved timelinen

nEngineering & Technical Management

Review engineering deliverables, technical specifications, drawings, layouts, and design changesn
Ensure compliance with plant standards, statutory requirements, and engineering best practicesn




Support technical evaluations and selection of equipment, systems, and contractorsn
Drive value engineering, productivity improvements, and cost optimization initiativesn

nContract & Vendor Management

Manage EPC, EPMC, PMC consultants, OEMs, contractors, and service providersn
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligationsn
Verify progress, certification, and completion of assigned work packagesn
Resolve technical and execution issues impacting project deliveryn

nCAPEX & Cost Control

Monitor approved CAPEX budgets and expendituren
Review project estimates, BOQs, variation orders, and change requestsn
