ABOUT BEVERAGE UNION PRIVATE LIMITED
Beverage Union Private Limited is a fast-growing player in the Food, Beverage, and CPG sectors, partnering with leading channel partners, hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa) across the region. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to drive our core accounting operations and support strategic financial management.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Accounts Executive, you will manage day-to-day accounting, streamline revenue collection, oversee reconciliations, and maintain immaculate financial records in Zoho Books. Working closely with our Head of Finance, you will play a key role in driving month-end closures and ensuring high precision across all financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Tracking
● Drive proactive payment follow-ups with customers and partners to ensure adherence to due dates and healthy cash flow.
● Liaise with distribution and HoReCa partners to collect sales data and generate exact sales invoices promptly.
Reconciliations & Treasury Operations




● Perform daily bank reconciliations to maintain real-time visibility into cash positions.
● Execute periodic, rigorous vendor and customer ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
● Manage and reconcile petty cash funds with full accountability.
Core Accounting & Month-End Close
● Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready books of accounts using Zoho Books.
● Assist the HOD - Finance with month-end close activities, accruals, ledger adjustments, and financial schedule preparation.
● Leverage Advanced Excel to analyze complex sales data, reconcile accounts, and build financial reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in core accounting operations (preferably in F&B;, FMCG, CPG, or HoReCa sectors).
● Software Proficiency: Expert working knowledge of Zoho Books and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, nested formulas, data validation)
