NOC VoIP Sales Executive – B2B Field Sales

Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced NOC VoIP Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in VoIP, Telecom, B2B IT Sales, or related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business by visiting BPOs, call centres, KPOs, customer support companies, and corporate offices across Kolkata, identifying their VoIP and telecom requirements, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities

* Generate new B2B business through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
* Regularly visit BPOs, call centres, KPOs, and companies with high-volume calling requirements.
* Identify businesses requiring VoIP, SIP, DID, PBX, IP calling, cloud telephony, and business communication solutions.
* Meet decision-makers such as Business Owners, Directors, Operations Heads, IT Heads, NOC Heads, and Procurement Managers.
* Understand existing telecom setups and identify customer requirements.
* Conduct product presentations and explain VoIP solutions, pricing,



features, and benefits.
* Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate with the NOC/Technical Team for technical requirements.
* Follow up with prospects and negotiate to close deals.
* Build long-term relationships with BPOs and corporate clients.
* Identify upselling, cross-selling, and recurring business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, requirements, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Monitor competitor pricing and VoIP/telecom market trends.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in VoIP / Telecom / IT / B2B Sales.
* Strong experience in field sales and client acquisition.
* Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, DID, PBX, IP Phones, Softphones, and SIP Trunks.
* Strong B2B sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Excellent commun
