Role Description The Assistant Professor – Anaesthesia Technology (B.Sc. in OTAT) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandi, . The role involves delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical demonstrations in anaesthesia technology and operating theatre and anaesthesia techniques (OTAT) to undergraduate students. The Assistant Professor will design and update course materials,



prepare lesson plans, supervise laboratory and clinical training, and ensure adherence to academic and professional standards. Responsibilities include mentoring students, guiding projects, supporting internships or clinical postings, and contributing to curriculum development and academic committees. The role also involves engaging in research and scholarly activities, participating in departmental meetings, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Advanced academic background in Anaesthesia Technology or a related discipline (preferably M.Sc. or higher in Anaesthesia Technology, OTAT, or Allied Health Sciences) with a strong understanding of operating theatre and anaesthesia procedures.
