Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and technically skilled IT Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s hardware, computer systems, networking infrastructure, and basic IT support, while also supporting the organization’s social media marketing activities.




Key Responsibilities1. Hardware & IT Support
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
Install and configure operating systems, applications, drivers, and security software.
Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT-related services.
2. Networking
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
Troubleshoot internet, network connectivity, and system access issues.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity.
Manage basic IP addressing, user access, and network security.
Maintain network documentation and IT infrastructure records.
Assist with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other network-connected
