Role Description The Area Sales Manager (B2B)



will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with gated societies and community stakeholders in the Mumbai region. This full-time, in office role involves identifying prospective societies and businesses, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing B2B deals for NoBrokerHood’s community management solutions. The person in this role will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support for clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, tracking pipeline activity, preparing reports, gathering market insights, and representing NoBrokerHood at client meetings and local events. The role requires frequent field visits within Mumbai and consistent engagement with society management committees, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
