About the Role

We are looking for a PMO + QA Analyst who can work across Project Management and Quality Assurance functions. The role requires a combination of QA execution, project coordination, release management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and quality governance.
The candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure features and projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, tracking project progress, identifying risks and dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders, and independently driving QA activities for assigned features/releases.

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Project Management
Track project, sprint, feature, and release timelines.
Maintain project trackers, sprint trackers, dashboards, and action-item trackers.
Monitor progress against planned timelines and highlight deviations.
Track risks, assumptions,



issues, dependencies, and blockers (RAID).
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure closure of action items.
Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release discussions, and project meetings.
Track feature readiness across different stages of the SDLC.
Monitor dependencies between Product, Development, QA, vendors, and other teams.
Prepare and circulate regular project/sprint status reports.
Escalate risks, blockers, and timeline concerns to relevant stakeholders.
Support planning and tracking of multiple projects/releases simultaneously.
QA & Quality Assurance
Review PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, edge cases, and dependencies before development/testing.
