Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships in the digital marketing domain.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, present customized solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and feedback to leadership.

The role also requires representing BLUE CHIP CLICKS at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Required skills and Qualificatiions

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
4–5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within IT services and/or digital marketing agencies
Demonstrated experience working with or acquiring blue-chip/enterprise clients
