The Role
QI Spine is looking for a Senior Manager / AGM of Growth Marketing who is obsessed with numbers and even more obsessed with the why behind them.
This person sits at the intersection of consumer insight and revenue performance, owning the funnel from first click to converted patient, clinic by clinic, and building contingency into the growth engine so no single channel failure sinks the number.
This is not a campaign execution role. It’s an ownership role.

What You'll Own
1. Revenue, End to End
Track marketing-attributable revenue across all 21 clinics and be the single point of accountability for the number, not just the activity.
2. The Funnel
Map it clinic by clinic, from awareness → lead → call centre → walk-in → conversion, find where it's leaking, and fix it—whether the fix lives in creative, media, call centre, or on-ground clinic experience.
3. Consumer Understanding
Build a living view of consumer sentiment and objections, such as:
Pricing
Trust in non-surgical care
Fear of surgery
Distance and timing




Translate these insights into funnel and messaging changes.
4. Channel Contingency
Maintain a real-time pulse on every marketing channel's contribution to revenue and a standing playbook for what happens if any one channel underperforms or fails.
5. Campaign Execution
Plan and run clinic-wise campaigns, precisely targeted to grow each clinic individually—not just city- or brand-level activity.
Keep every campaign decision tied directly to the revenue and funnel numbers you own.
6. Ground-Level Growth
Work directly with clinic teams, not just dashboards, to identify what's actually happening at the point of conversion.

What We're Looking For
4–7 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
Healthcare, D2C, or multi-location services background preferred.
Demonstrated ownership of a revenue number, not just marketing metrics such as leads, CTR, or CPL.
Robust with funnel analytics and comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboar
