Healthcare Domain (Mandatory)

• The Product Manager will define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the offerings.
• The Product Manager will effectively convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the
engineering team as required.
• The Product Manager will play a key role in managing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and
approving feature acceptance, all while adhering to the agile methodology set for project
management.
• The Product Manager will collaborate with the engineering team to assess capabilities and
alternatives, taking responsibility for defining and prioritizing product releases.
• The Product Manager will generate release notes, develop demo scripts, and perform feature
demonstrations for stakeholders, in addition to product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients.
• The Product Manager will work alongside UX and the engineering team to shape product design. The




Product Manager will autonomously identify and access relevant data to build compelling business
cases.
• The Product Manager will prioritize the backlog at both the feature and user story levels, having a
comprehensive understanding of each feature.
• The Product Manager will take proactive action based on feedback obtained during retrospective
meetings.
• The Product Manager will identify potential challenges and proactively devise mitigation strategies.
• The Product Manager will cultivate and encourage a culture of innovation within the portfolio.
Required Skillset
• The Product Manager is anticipated to operate as a ""Feature CEO"" for the Product. A thorough
understanding of the Healthcare sector, the primary prescription adjudication system, the
prescription specialty subsystem, and the prescription member workflow is essential for the Product
Manager.
• The product Manager must possess the skills to define both the technical and functional elements
