The House of Sunita Shekhawat is looking for Senior Sales Associates to join our Jaipur flagship.
This is a senior luxury retail sales role for professionals with strong experience in the jewellery industry, preferably in luxury/fine jewellery. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling high-value clients, have strong jewellery and product knowledge, and be able to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-ins, appointments and high-value client interactions on the retail floor.
Understand client requirements and guide them through the jewellery collection with confidence and sensitivity.
Present and explain jewellery, including meenakari, polki, kundan, gemstones, settings and craftsmanship.
Own the sales journey from initial consultation to closure and handover.
Build and maintain a solid personal client book and develop long-term relationships.
Conduct personalised follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat purchases, referrals and client growth.




Handle bespoke and commission requirements while coordinating with design and production teams.
Confidently communicate the design, craftsmanship and value of each piece, including during price conversations.
Support private viewings, store events and festive/wedding-season sales.
Set a high standard of client experience on the sales floor and support junior sales associates where required.

What We’re Looking For
6–7+ years of sales experience preferred, with significant frontline retail experience.
Strong jewellery industry experience is highly preferred.
Luxury/fine jewellery sales experience will be an advantage.
Proven experience handling high-value clients and transactions.
Strong B2C sales experience preferred; relevant B2B experience will also be considered.
Strong knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, craftsmanship and luxury products.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
