Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a SEO cum Performance Marketing professional. The role involves conducting keyword research, planning and executing on-page SEO improvements, and performing regular SEO audits to optimize website visibility and search rankings. The hire will manage link-building initiatives, monitor web analytics, track campaign performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with content and creative teams to align SEO and performance marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms, and continuously testing and refining strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions. The role also requires staying current with SEO and digital marketing trends and applying best practices across client and internal projects.
Qualifications





Candidates should possess robust skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize website content and structure.
Candidates should possess practical experience in SEO Audits to diagnose technical and content-related issues and recommend improvements.
Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop ethical, effective strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and support data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and major SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) is preferred.
Experience in performance marketing, including managing PPC or social media ad campaigns, and optimizing for ROI and conversions is beneficial.
