Role Description As a Social Media Marketing executive at Winni Gifts, you will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will assist in creating engaging content, including posts, captions, stories,



and basic multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, tracking engagement metrics, and reporting performance insights to the marketing team. You will collaborate with marketing and design colleagues to help drive brand awareness, promote offers, and support product launches. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing compelling copy and planning content calendars.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights) and an interest in data-driven decision making.
