Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our Onboarding & People Operations team. This role is ideal for a graduate fresher who wants practical exposure to employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, HRMS, and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate pre-boarding documentation, verification, and employee record creation.
Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy.
Track onboarding progress and manage operational trackers and reports.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, IT, Admin,



and Payroll to ensure timely onboarding.
Assist in employee lifecycle documentation, compliance, and HR operational audits.
Ensure data accuracy, process adherence, and confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility
Graduate Fresher (any discipline).
Basic understanding of HR Operations or Human Resource Management.

Solid communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
High attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
