Role Description As a Business Development Consultant at TatvaCRM, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding TatvaCRM’s presence among Indian SMBs. In this full time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, you will spend time both in the office and working from home,



engaging prospective clients through calls, meetings, demos, and digital outreach. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored CRM solutions, and advising prospects on how TatvaCRM can streamline their sales and operations. You will collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine offerings based on market feedback, support proposal development, and contribute to business planning and revenue growth initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing regular reports on pipeline health, and representing TatvaCRM at relevant events or partner meetings.
