About The Opportunity

Inflation Watch is Beroe’s digital budgeting and inflation-management product, helping procurement and finance teams to make data-driven decisions w.r.t proactive risk management. We are looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the product — shaping strategy and roadmap, driving discovery and delivery, enabling commercial teams and improving customer adoption. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Beroe’s product management team to drive change in the way procurement teams apply data, intelligence and analytics to deliver value. If you are passionate about product management and eager to collaborate with seasoned leaders, then this role is for you You will collaborate within a cross-functional team alongside Product Design, Technology, Research, Commercial, Content team and Marketing colleagues to help us develop market leading product.

What You”ll Do

Own and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.
Create explicit product plans, specifications,



and documentation, ensuring accountability from concept through launch and adoption.
Define product requirements, objectives, success criteria, and delivery plans in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Design, and Research/Content teams.
Identify cross-product dependencies and align with other Product Managers to incorporate required capabilities into their roadmaps.
Define and track product KPIs, using performance data and customer feedback to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.
Lead AI-capabilities with transparent and decision-grade outputs.
Communicate the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage expectations across Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams through regular updates on current capabilities, planned enhancements, and timelines.
