Sales Agent – India Market (Work From Home)

About the Role
AFZ Prestige Corporate Services is a UAE-based corporate services firm helping entrepreneurs and business owners set up and grow companies in the UAE. We're hiring two Sales Agents — one focused on North India and one on South India — to convert inbound leads into UAE company formation clients.
The company provides a steady stream of leads through active Facebook and Google ad campaigns, and agents are also welcome to bring in and convert their own leads.
What You'll Do
Contact and engage entrepreneurs and business owners in your assigned region who have shown interest in UAE company formation.
Qualify each lead by understanding their business activity, budget, shareholder structure, visa/residency needs, and setup timeline.
Clearly explain UAE company formation, free-zone options, and related corporate services.
Manage the full sales cycle — outreach, qualification, follow-up, meeting, and closing.




Work toward a monthly target of 10 closed company formations.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction in the company CRM.
Submit daily activity and performance reports to management.
Openings & Language Requirements
1. Sales Agent – North India
Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
Proficiency in additional North Indian regional languages (e.g., Punjabi, Marwari, Haryanvi) is a strong advantage.
2. Sales Agent – South India
Fluent in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) and English (mandatory).
Working understanding of other South Indian languages is a strong advantage.
What We're Looking For (Both Roles)
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development — experience selling business setup, financial, consulting, immigration, or accounting services is a solid plus.
Confident, persuasive phone manner with strong objection-handling ability.
