Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and ambitious Management Trainees – Sales who are interested in building a career in Managed Office Spaces, Co-working Spaces, and Commercial Office Leasing. The role provides hands-on exposure to corporate clients, IPCs, channel partners, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for managed office and co-working space leasing.
Understand client requirements including location, seating capacity, budget, amenities, and commercial expectations.
Connect and build relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, channel partners, consultants, and brokers.
Coordinate and conduct client site visits and property presentations.
Present available office space solutions based on client requirements.
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Support the sales team in negotiations,



follow-ups, and deal closures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure effective pipeline management.
Coordinate internally with Design, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams during the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate sales data, lead status, and MIS reports.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, rentals, and commercial real-estate developments.
Work towards assigned sales, revenue, and occupancy targets.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable presentation and negotiation abilities.
Confident in interacting with corporate and premium clients.
Interest in B2B Sales, Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, or Managed Workspaces.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Comfortable with client meetings, site visits, and field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools would be an advantage.
