About the Role: This is a leadership role accountable for sales and profitability of Aviat India region while focusing on efforts to drive the adoption of Aviat products, solutions,



and services within the key market segments including but not limited to Telco/mobile operators, enterprise, and private network segments.

Responsibilities

Driving revenue and profitability

Embrace market back approach of value selling

Operating independently and effectively managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to revenue.

Regular reporting of performance and activities

Supporting other regional line managements and functions in meeting financial and business objectives

Revenue & Profitability

Taking full initiative to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets assigned to the defined territory

Hunt for new business

Providing accurate sales forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis

Maintaining and ensuring profit margins are in keeping with corporate directives

Sales & Channels

Develop an overall business and account plan leading to the deployment of a well-execute
