About the job:
Cybeart is a Toronto-founded gaming chair and peripherals brand selling in Canada, the USA, India, and the Middle East - through our own Shopify stores, Amazon in four markets, and offline distribution in retails stores. We hold official licences with Warner Bros (Batman, Superman, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Rick and Morty) and build our own chairs, keyboards, mice and desk mats.

We are hiring one owner for the online business. This is a builder-operator seat, not an agency-management seat. You will own the online revenue number across Shopify and marketplaces, run the accounts yourself where it matters, and lead a small, hands-on team in Vadodara that will expand as the business does.

Currently over $2 million ARR, will be $10 million in 2027 and targetting $100 million ARR by 2030. Need a P&L; owner who can drive this growth.

What you will own:
Online revenue and contribution across Shopify (CA, US, IN) and Amazon (CA, US, IN, UAE), with one scorecard that carries revenue metrics and brand indicators side by side




Paid media strategy and budget pacing across Meta, Google and Amazon PPC, with a performance marketing executive & marketplace manager executing under you
Email and SMS - flows, segmentation and campaigns on Klaviyo across markets
Site conversion (CRO) and SEO/AEO/GEO planning, with the website tech team executing the technical layer and the social team writing the pages
Brand and content direction for the social media team and the creative team, held to a global visual standard; we'll add brand marketing manager later when needed
Marketing collateral for our retail and distribution partners in India and the GCC, with the partnerships team executing
The functions that report into you: performance marketing, social media, partnerships, marketplaces, website tech and creative - and the Vadodara office when the founder is in Canada.
