Content is one of our biggest growth levers, and we're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can help us create content people actually stop scrolling for.
We don't just want polished videos.
We want strong visual ideas, unexpected hooks, great motion and edits that have a real shot at beating the odds of going viral.
The Role
You'll sit within Kloth's Growth Team and work closely with our content and performance marketing teams.
This is a motion-graphics-heavy role with significant video editing requirements.
You'll take concepts, scripts, raw footage, product images, screenshots, typography, memes and AI-generated assets and turn them into highly engaging short-form content.




Expect to ship 30–40 short-form video edits every week.
What You'll Do
Create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for Reels, ads and social media
Edit 20–30 short-form videos every week
Design strong visual hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
Animate typography, UI elements, product imagery, illustrations and graphic assets
Create transitions, kinetic typography, compositing, visual effects and motion-led storytelling
Turn relatively straightforward raw footage into highly engaging content through editing and motion design
Build performance advertising creatives and rapidly produce multiple variations of winning concepts
Work closely with the content team on scripts, hooks, storyboards and the weekly content calendar
Translate creative concepts into formats that feel native to Instagram and other short-form platforms
Use AI video and image-generation tools to create assets, scenes
