We are looking for a Brand Manager with a solid foundation in diagnostics, healthcare services, hospital networks, or health-tech companies. This role is catered on brand strategy, communication architecture, and integrated campaign leadership — with a deep understanding of healthcare trust dynamics, regulated communication, and patient behaviour.
The ideal candidate brings experience in building healthcare brands where credibility, clarity, and clinical integrity are critical.

Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning (Primary Focus)
Lead development of annual brand strategy aligned to business objectives
Define positioning, value proposition, messaging pillars, and communication guardrails
Build differentiated narratives rooted in clinical credibility and patient trust
Drive brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints

2. Campaign Planning & Integrated Execution
Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, OOH, Partnerships)
Develop sharp, insight-led briefs for creative and media agencies




Oversee campaign rollout ensuring message consistency and strategic alignment
Track effectiveness against defined brand and business KPIs

3. Content & Communication Leadership
Own brand voice, tonality, and storytelling frameworks
Translate medical and diagnostic information into clear, patient-friendly communication
Work closely with medical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee development of high-quality content across website, app, social, print, and on-ground collateral

4. Brand Governance & Measurement
Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, recall, consideration, trust)
Ensure regulatory compliance in all communication
Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine positioning

Mandatory Experience
7–10 years of experience in diagnostics, hospital chains, healthcare services, retail or health-tech platforms
Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy and large-scale campaigns in healthcare
Strong exposure to regulat
