A Lead Consultant (Integration) at RAC owns the integration track — the full integration landscape for the engagement, end-to-end. That is every iFlow in SAP Cloud Integration, every Integration Center integration, IAS/IPS/SSO for enterprise identity, and the design of replication and posting flows between SuccessFactors and the systems around it. If you can hold the integration design across the landscape, lead the team that builds it, work hand-in-hand with the module Lead Consultants, the Solution Architect, and the PMO, and step into the cross-track liaison role when no Solution Architect is on the engagement, this is your seat.
