Role Description The VLSI Design and Verification Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this role, the trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on VLSI design, digital logic, RTL coding,



and verification methodologies to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum materials, creating lab exercises and projects, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, and evaluating learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project reviews. The trainer will collaborate with the academic projects team to align training content with industry requirements, provide mentorship on VLSI project execution, and update course content based on emerging tools, standards, and technologies. Additional tasks include contributing to online learning resources, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and providing feedback to improve training quality and learner outcomes.
