Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth, business development, and market expansion for Victorinox & Wenger Travel Gear across North India. The role is responsible for acquiring new business, strengthening customer relationships, providing market intelligence, ensuring timely collections, and enhancing brand visibility to achieve regional sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across the North region.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base.
Promote and secure orders for Victorinox & Wenger products.
Develop and execute regional sales plans to maximize market penetration.
Market Intelligence & Forecasting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and actionable market insights.
Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market share.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and channel partners.




Drive customer retention and repeat business.
Regularly update customers on new products, offers, and promotions.
Sales Operations & Collections
Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
Monitor outstanding receivables and drive timely collections.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Brand Visibility
Enhance brand presence through trade meets, product presentations, customer events, and promotional activities.
