ABOUT THE ROLE

Exalter Global Co. is looking for an experienced and highly proactive Senior Leather Sales & Merchandiser to drive international B2B business development.

The PRIMARY PURPOSE of this role is:

FIND NEW INTERNATIONAL BUYERS → GENERATE ENQUIRIES → DEVELOP SAMPLES → CLOSE EXPORT ORDERS → BUILD LONG-TERM ACCOUNTS

This is NOT a passive account-management or follow-up role.

We are looking for a sales-driven BUSINESS HUNTER who can independently identify potential buyers, reach decision-makers, initiate conversations, generate qualified enquiries and convert prospects into profitable international customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CURRENT INTERNATIONAL BUYER ACQUISITION – PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Identify new international buyers for our leather goods manufacturing and private-label capabilities.
• Research and build qualified buyer databases.
• Identify founders, brand owners, sourcing managers, purchasing managers, procurement teams and category managers.
• Prospect fashion brands, leather goods brands, lifestyle brands, retailers, wholesalers, importers, distributors, sourcing companies, e-commerce brands and private-label businesses.
• Develop new B2B opportunities across the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East and other relevant markets.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through cold email, LinkedIn, LinkedI
