Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive / Sales Engineer role based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s electrical and electronic products. The Sales Executive / Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, conduct product presentations and demonstrations,



and coordinate with the engineering and production teams to address customer requirements. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, negotiating terms, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in customer visits, trade shows, or industry events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
Solid technical aptitude or background in electrical/electronic engineering, with the ability to understand product specifications and applications.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.
