you will work closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver impactful digital healthcare solutions.
What You'll DoProgram Leadership & Governance
Act as the face of KareXpert leadership for assigned customer engagements.
Lead end-to-end HIMS implementation programs across multiple hospitals and healthcare networks.
Drive resource planning, mobilization, and deployment to ensure successful project execution.
Manage Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively raise red flags and drive corrective actions.
Govern project KPIs related to scope, cost, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and adoption.
